How to Delete Your Tripsetta Account

At Tripsetta, we believe you should have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account and all associated personal information, you can do so through the mobile app or via this page.

Option 1: Delete via the Tripsetta App (Recommended)

Open the Tripsetta app.
Tap on your Profile or Settings icon.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm your choice. Your data will be queued for immediate removal.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Web

If you no longer have the app installed, please email us at support@tripsetta.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

Note: For security, please email us from the email address associated with your Tripsetta account.

What happens to my data?

Personal Info: Your name, email, and phone number are purged from our active databases.
Travel Records: All itineraries, uploaded PDFs, and "Travel Suitcase" documents are permanently deleted.
Agent Links: Any active connections between a Traveler and an Agent are severed.
Subscriptions: If you have an active Premium or Agent Pro subscription, deleting your account does not automatically cancel your billing through the Apple App Store. Please manage your subscriptions here to avoid further charges.
