1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing Tripsetta, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Tripsetta provides a platform for travel planning, itinerary management, and agent-client collaboration. We are a software provider, not a travel agency or booking carrier.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
- You agree not to upload any content that is illegal or violates the rights of others.
- Travel Agents are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary consent from clients before entering their data into the Tripsetta CRM.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
- Free Tiers: Limited to 1 trip per month.
- Premium/Agent Tiers: Billed monthly or annually. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- Cancellations must be made via the App Store or your account settings.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tripsetta is provided "as is." While we integrate with partners like Sherpa for visa info, users are ultimately responsible for verifying travel requirements and documents. Tripsetta LLC is not liable for travel disruptions, missed flights, or inaccuracies in third-party data.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
