Getting Started

Do I need a credit card to get started? +

No. The Traveler plan is completely free with no credit card required. Agent plans come with a 30-day free trial—also no credit card needed to start.

Is there a free trial for agent plans? +

Yes. Agent Basic and Agent Pro both include a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to begin, and you can cancel anytime during the trial period at no charge.

How do I download Tripsetta? +

Tripsetta is available on iOS and Android. Download it free at onelink.to/qssvsm — the link will take you to the right store for your device.

Plans & Billing

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +

Yes. You can change plans at any time directly from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel anytime? +

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings and you won't be charged again.

What payment methods do you accept? +

All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Annual billing is available with a discount equivalent to two months free.

What happens when I hit my trip limit? +

You'll receive a notification as you approach your limit. You can upgrade your plan at any time to unlock more trips, or wait until your next billing cycle when the limit resets.

Features & How It Works

How does auto-capture work? +

Forward any booking confirmation email to your unique Tripsetta email address. The system automatically extracts flight numbers, hotel details, confirmation codes, times, and locations—then organizes them into your trip timeline. No manual data entry required.

Which booking providers are supported for auto-capture? +

Auto-capture currently supports email-based confirmations from ExpediaTAAP, Booking.com, and most major travel providers. Direct API integrations with additional providers are in development and coming soon.

What is the Travel Suitcase? +

The Travel Suitcase is where all your booking confirmations, documents, and trip details live. Forward a confirmation email and it automatically populates—flights, hotels, car rentals, activities. Everything is organized, searchable, and accessible from your phone.

Do you offer enterprise solutions for agencies? +

Yes. Our Agency Enterprise plan includes multiple agent accounts, team collaboration tools, a dedicated account manager, custom integrations, advanced security, and more. Contact our team for custom pricing tailored to your agency's size and needs.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure? +

Yes. We use bank-level encryption and secure data centers. All travel data, client information, and booking details are encrypted at rest and in transit. Your data is always private and protected, and we comply with all major data protection regulations.

Who can see my booking information? +

Only you can access your data by default. If you're an agent, client data is visible only to you and the clients you share it with. If you're a traveler working with an agent, your agent can see the trip information they've shared with you. Tripsetta staff do not access your personal travel data.
